Returns & Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order
  • After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the goods

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Apparel must have original tags attached
  • Items must be suitable for resale
  • “Items returned in a condition not suitable for resale may be subject to a reduction in refund value.”


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Digital products (e-books, downloadable software)
  • Books, DVDs, or media (if opened)
  • Certain equipment and barbells (covered under manufacturer warranty)

Returns Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Ship the item to the address below

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • the item is faulty
    • the item is incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping Costs

  • Original delivery charges will be refunded only where required by law
  • Additional or premium delivery options are non-refundable

Deductions & Condition of Returns

If returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them,
we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Provide photos where possible

We will offer:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • or full refund

in line with your legal rights.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
Please return the original item and place a new order.


Manufacturer Warranty

Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Where applicable, claims may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
