Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at support@elitefts.co.uk and quote your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Digital downloads
• Hygiene-sensitive items once opened or worn

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law and will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
