Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch most orders within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Delivery times will vary depending on the product and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard items: Typically dispatched within 2-3 business days
- Large equipment / freight items: Subject to availability and may require additional handling time

Delivery Information
All delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier issues
- customs or import processes
- incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
VAT (UK Orders)
All prices displayed on elitefts.co.uk include applicable UK VAT, which is shown at checkout.
Payment Options
We accept:
- Credit / Debit Cards (via secure payment processor)
- PayPal
All transactions are processed securely.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel any order
- limit quantities
- cancel orders suspected of misuse of promotions
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Please notify us within a reasonable time (preferably within 48 hours)
- Include photos where possible
- Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved
We will arrange replacement, refund, or resolution as appropriate.
Returns & Cancellation Rights (UK Consumers)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to:
👉 Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods
👉 Then return the item within a further 14 days

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Apparel must have original tags attached
- Items must be suitable for resale
- “Items returned in a condition not suitable for resale may be subject to a reduction in refund value.”
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Digital products (e-books, downloadable software)
- Books, DVDs, and similar media (if opened)
- Certain equipment (covered under manufacturer warranty instead)
Returns Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We do not charge restocking fees for returns within the 14-day cancellation period
Refunds
Refunds will be processed:
- Within 14 days of receiving returned goods, or
- Within 14 days of proof of return shipment
Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by law (e.g. cancellation within 14 days)
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products are covered under manufacturer warranties.
Claims should be directed to the manufacturer where applicable.

Backorders
If an item is out of stock:
- We may ship available items first
- Remaining items will ship once back in stock
- You will be notified of any delays
