We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Order processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Services
We use the following shipping services depending on order size, weight, and destination:

Royal Mail 48 Hour Service
Used for small to medium parcels
Available for UK and selected European destinations -
DHL Courier Service
Used for larger parcels, including bars and boxes over 2kg
Available for UK and European deliveries -
Pallet or Crate Shipping
Used for heavy or oversized equipment
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier scheduling
Shipping method selection is determined automatically at checkout based on the contents of your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
EliteFTS UK Ltd is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
UK Deliveries
Most UK deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout.
European Deliveries
Delivery times to European destinations vary by country and carrier.
Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply.
Pallet & Crate Deliveries
For pallet or crate shipments:

Delivery is typically kerbside only

A signature may be required

You must ensure suitable access for large vehicles
If a delivery attempt fails due to access issues or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
EliteFTS UK Ltd is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

Include your order number and photos where applicable
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue in line with UK consumer law.
